# Introduction

The Guillotina training is designed to give a complete experience of using and
extending Guillotina.

The training can be useful for consumers of the Guillotina API as well as developers
extending the framework with customizations/addons.

Please read the [about](../about.html) chapter for details about what
Guillotina is and why you should use it.


## Using the training materials

The training materials make use of Python 3.7, Docker and Postman so please
have up-to-date versions of all these ready.
